Independence Day!

We celebrated Independence Day with family and friends at our pool at the old house.  Michael smoked the best ribs and stuffed pork loin that I've ever had in my life.  It was a nice day to celebrate the U.S.A.

First day at my new job

Today was the first day Maddie stayed home with me since I quit my job.  Last week we had people in painting the house.

Today is Maddie's cousin Sofia's first birthday.  We tried taking a picture to send to her, but Maddie wasn't having any of it

This afternoon I blew up Maddie's inflatable pool.  To say that she loved it would be an understatement.  This is after she was petrified of the water for about a month.
